FOR MAISEY RETURNS POLICY

As a small, independent brand, every piece we create is made slowly, intentionally, and in limited quantities. We don’t mass-produce or hold excess stock — and because of this, our margins are carefully considered.

To support our commitment to slow fashion while still offering flexibility, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

We encourage mindful shopping — please take your time with our size guides, fabric notes, and product descriptions to ensure the pieces you choose truly belong in your wardrobe. If you need help before purchasing, feel free to reach out via DM or email.

RETURNS OPTIONS

If your item isn’t quite right, you may choose from the following:

1. Refund
We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery.

2.110% Store Credit
Alternatively, you may opt for store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus value.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Because our pieces are produced in small runs, this option helps us continue creating thoughtfully while offering you added value on your next purchase.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges where stock is available. Due to limited quantities, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.
If your requested size or colour is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or 110% store credit.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes sale periods and sale items in the sale section. We thank you for your understanding. 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at maisey@formaisey.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Images or video of the fault
  • Any relevant details

Once assessed and approved, we will offer a replacement where possible.
If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or 110% store credit
