FOR MAISEY RETURNS POLICY

 

As a small, independent brand, every piece we create is made slowly, intentionally, and in limited quantities. We don’t mass-produce or sit on excess stock — and because of that, we simply don’t have the margins to offer refunds. Choosing not to refund allows us to stay true to slow fashion, reduce waste, and continue making pieces with purpose.

We encourage mindful shopping and taking your time with our size guides, fabric notes, and product descriptions so the pieces you choose genuinely belong in your wardrobe. If you have any questions please send us a DM or email.

STORE CREDIT

We offer store credits (valid for 12 months) and exchanges when we have the stock available. Because our runs are small, exchanges are not always possible. But when we can honour them, we will. If your preferred size or colour isn’t in stock, a store credit will be issued. If you receive your pieces and they are not your style we issue a store credit to save for something you will love. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale. If we have the capacity to offer an exchange then we will do our best to offer. Store credit is not available for sale items. 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us at  maisey@formaisey.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Images or a video of the fault

  • Any relevant details

Once assessed and approved, we’ll offer a replacement where possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
