RETURNS

 

Exchange /  Return for Store Credit Policy Only 

we encourage you to read through our policy,  although we are a small business we are strict on our policy. by checking out, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. all exchanges or returns must be done within the 7 day period this includes posting items back within the period of receiving your parcel, if parcels are not posted back within the period we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit.

please note:

to be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused, unworn and in original condition/packaging. refunds cannot be issued for lost, stolen or abandoned parcels. clothing that is returned and has makeup stains, smells of perfume and/or body odour will be deemed ineligible for a refund. orders cannot be refunded immediately after the order has been placed. you will need to follow our returns policy once you receive your parcel. 

exchange 

we accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of purchase, after this period all sales are final.  exchanges are not available for discounted items. this includes items that are purchased under a discount code or sale items. please refer to size guide or email us if you have any questions regarding size or fit. 

store credit

we accept the return of garments in replacement of store credit. store credit is issued only until we receive garments that are being returned by the purchaser. 

refunds

unfortunately as a small sustainable brand - refunds are not possible at this time. this is because we only offer small batch production and this cannot be accommodated at this stage. our policy is for store credit or exchange only. 

custom items and made to order items

when a custom order or made to order item is placed then it is not eligible for a refund as this piece was made to order or custom to you and would not be fit for resale. we are happy to do custom pieces for our lovely community however after an agreement and payment the sale is final. 

 

faulty items

if your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported immediately upon receiving your parcel. if at all possible we will offer repair, mend or a replacement (subject to stock availability). please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

when returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we will not keep track of an item being returned. for maisey is not liable for lost or abandoned packages. for maisey is not responsible for the cost of return postage and this is the buyers responsibility.
