we encourage you to read through our return policy,  although we are a small business we are strict on our policy. by checking out, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 

 exchange

we accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. we do not offer exchanges on any discounted items. discounted items include items that are purchased under a discount code or marked down items.  please refer to size guide or dm us if you have any questions regarding size or fit. 

refunds

we offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. goods must be in original condition and include all original packaging. once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. 

we do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

we do not offer refunds on undergarments and all sales are final on bras and undies.

 faulty items

if your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported immediately upon receiving your parcel. if at all possible we will offer repair or mend or a replacement (subjected to availability). please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.

when returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. for maisey is not responsible for the cost of return postage or for lost parcels.
