RETURNS

we encourage you to read through our return policy,  although we are a small business we are strict on our policy. by checking out, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. all returns + process of return must be done within the 7 day period this includes posting items back within the period of receiving your parcel, if parcels are not posted back within the period we reserve the right to refuse refund.

please note:

to be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused, unworn and in original condition/packaging. refunds cannot be issued for lost, stolen or abandoned parcels. 

 exchange

we accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of purchase, after this period all sales are final.  exchanges are not available for  discounted items. this includes items that are purchased under a discount code or sale items. please refer to size guide or dm us if you have any questions regarding size or fit. 

refunds

we offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days once you receive your pieces. to be eligible for a return the garments must be unworn, still have original packaging and be in the received condition.

for maisey has the right to reject a return if the conditions are not applied. 

to initiate a return you must send us an email stating reason for return and with photos attached, along with your order number. 

after we evaluate the order and garments, the original payment method will be processed and returned excluding shipping costs. we do not offer refunds on sale items, promotions or intimates - these sales are final. the welcome discount is excluded and orders made under this code maybe returned. 

refunds are processed within 7 business days from agreement of refund with customer and once we have safely received the garments. 

 

custom items

when a custom order is placed then it is not eligible for a refund as this piece is custom to you and would not be fit for resale. we are happy to do custom pieces for our lovely community however after an agreement an fulfilment the  sale is final. 

 

faulty items

if your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported immediately upon receiving your parcel. if at all possible we will offer repair, mend or a replacement (subject to stock availability). please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

when returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we will not keep track of an item being returned. for maisey is not liable for lost packages or responsible for taxes and duties back to australia. for maisey is not responsible for the cost of return postage and this is the buyers responsibility.
