If your parcel has been lost you will need to contact the post office with your tracking number. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable on international orders. International orders are orders that are placed outside of Australia.
Items may not be deemed refundable if the parcel is lost, stolen, or abandoned by the receiver of goods.
