if your parcel has been lost you will need to contact the post office with your tracking number. the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable on international orders. international orders are orders that are placed outside of australia. 

all our pieces are handmade and take time to craft - you can usually expect your order to be shipped out within 3 days if it doesn't otherwise indicate on the product page. we can however guarantee to get your order shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.
