We aim to ship our orders the following business day, however please do note that during sale periods things can sometimes delay. This is because we are a small team of two people behind the scenes and we thank you for your patience and support. 

For Maisey is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once your item(s) have been dispatched.

If your parcel has been lost you will need to contact the post office with your tracking number. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable on international orders. International orders are orders that are placed outside of Australia. 

Items may not be deemed refundable if the parcel is lost, stolen, or abandoned by the receiver of goods.
