Please make note that we will be doing daily post office runs during this holiday period. Orders will be posted the same day you place your order.

FAQ FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Will my order be upgraded to Express?

Yes! Throughout the Christmas period, all orders will be automatically upgraded to Express Post at no extra cost. (For Domestic Parcels Only)
We want your pieces to have the best chance of arriving before Christmas.

Can I exchange a Christmas gift?

We do our best to honour exchanges when we have capacity and stock available.
Because we produce in small batches, please note that exchanges may not always be possible.
If we cannot offer an exchange for your preferred size or colour, we will issue a store credit so you can choose something later.

 

Do you offer refunds for Christmas gifts?

We have made a small change to our refunds policy. All orders placed maybe eligible for store credit or exchanges when you issue a request within the policy period. 

 

What if my order was the wrong size?

If we have the requested size available and capacity to process an exchange, we’ll happily assist.
If the size you’re wanting is sold out, you will receive a store credit.

 

How long do exchanges take during the holidays?

We’re a tiny family-run team, so processing can be a touch slower over Christmas.
Exchanges and store credits are generally processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

 

What if my order is a gift — can you hide the prices?

Yes — we never include pricing in our parcels. Your gift will arrive beautifully wrapped and ready to place under the tree. 

 

How do I make sure my order arrives before Christmas?

Please check our Christmas shipping cut-off dates on our Instagram or website.
All orders are upgraded to AUS POST Express during the holiday period.

 

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make small changes like size or colour.
Please contact us as soon as you can.

 

What if my package is delayed with Australia Post?

Once your parcel leaves us, Australia Post takes over delivery.
We’ll always do what we can, but we can’t refund or replace parcels still in transit. Please order early to avoid delays.

 

I’m unsure about sizing for a gift — can you help?

Always! Send us a little info about who you’re buying for (size, height, fit preference) and we’ll guide you.
